教育目標

The course aims to introduce and to acquaint students with current concerns in the study of linguistics. Students will be encouraged to participate in discussion sessions concerning various topics of linguistics such as pragmatics, syntax, semantics, etc. By the end of the course students should be familiar with a range of topics in contemporary linguistics. The course should be seen as a preparatory step for students to explore their interests in the field ofinguistic studies.

課程概述

語言做為溝通符號，有其自然天成的規則性及約定俗成的社會性，本課程在概括性的介紹語言學的各個研究領域，帶領學生從各種角度認識語言。
