教育目標

� 1.增強同學認識社會政策意涵及為何需要學習社會政策與立法。 � 2.讓修課同學學習各國社會政策歷史發展趨勢與台灣社會政策與立法的歷史發展脈絡及其對整體社會福利的影響。 � 3.仔細探討台灣各社會安全政策立法、福利服務政策立法及福利資源政策立法的內涵、特色、檢討與展望。 � 4.培養學生具備分析社會政策的能力。

課程概述

This course is aimed at providing undergraduate students with a historical, social and descriptive synthesis on the current social welfare scene. The major emphasis is on the introduction and analysis of current issues of social welfare policies, and their trends and prospects to social welfare services
