教育目標

-- to introduce students to plot, character, point of view, setting, language, style, irony, theme, symbol, and other aspects of literary texts. -- to expose these young minds to both traditional and modern pieces of fiction -- to encourage students to enjoy reading literature as well as learn to understand themselves and the world -- to foster a community of readers who are willing to share ideas and help one another understand. -- to learn that active participation is essential to successful learning.

課程概述

Freshman English II is the 2nd year of Freshman English for students in the two-year FEM program. The primary goal of this course is to improve students’　proficiency in communicative language skills with an emphasis on speaking　（３０％） and grammar　（７０％）, and to help students gain confidence in using English in social interactions.
