教育目標

本課程旨在培養未來的國際企業經理人,使其嫻熟國際人力資源管理。

課程概述

國貿系人才培育目標致力於養成具跨領域知識人才。發展學生管理、資訊及語文技能,並引領學生發揮國際職涯最大潛能。以培養「具有國際觀」及「具備跨國經營專長」之人才為目的。透過「國際人力資源管理課程」強化學生未來任職國際企業或海外就業擔任人力資源管理職務或升學就讀國際人力資源管理相關研究所所需專業職能。
