教育目標

本課程探討法國雙首長制的憲政規範與實踐。重點包括府院關係，合理化內閣制下的立法程序，以行政機構負責司法審查的特例，左右兩極政黨生態，以及公投和選舉，提供同屬雙首長制的我國借鏡。
