教育目標

Seminar is conducted concerning the present situations of hospitality industry. This course aims at facilitating students to engage in a critical examination of the hospitality process based on case study. The role of marketing process in the operation of the organization is also covered.

課程概述

培養學生閱讀、資料分析、實驗設計、問題討論。訓練學生具有歸納問題,追求及探索知識的能力,透過口頭報告培養學生表達的能力,進而訓練學生具有從事生命科學相關議題研究的能力。
