This course aims to explore in depth the essential structure and function of the modern financial system, composed of a variety of distinct markets and institutions. Theory and practice are to be equally emphasized from both local and global perspectives, which permits students to be familiar with essential managerial issues in the financial industry and to be capable of interpreting professionally current issues illustrated by the media.
課程概述
此課程乃財務管理之相關基楚課程，其內容除了著重在金融市場的認識﹙例如股票市場，債卷市場，貨幣市場，外滙市場及衍生性金融市場等﹚，亦包含不同財務工具及貨幣政策的介紹。於課程中亦會討論各種金融機構（例如商業銀行，投資銀行，放款銀行，保險公司及共同基金公司等）的特性及差異，以及金融機構如何控管風險等相關議題。
