The objective of this course is to help students better understand project management research covers nice key areas of project management body of knowledge from a managerial, non-technical perspective. Topics include human resource management, procurement management, contract administration, risk management, project leadership, communications management and an introduction to program management. Addressed topics are detailed in the schedule of the course.
Upon successful completion of the requirements for this course, students will be able to:
1. To develop an understanding of the concepts and principles of project management
2. To understand the practices of project management from journal articles.
