教育目標

本課程的主要目的在於介紹現代土地使用規劃與管制的基本概念、理論與方法。使以土地管理、環境景觀規劃、城鄉計畫為專業的學生，獲得現代的規劃理念和思維。期望學生能在未來從事實際專業工作時，無論法規和規劃技術如何變化，都能掌握基本的規劃理念和思維，做正確的規劃管理決策，以增進人民生活環境品質和社會福祉。課程內容包括：當前的土地使用規劃問題、土地使用規劃的基本思想源流及理念、土地與生態倫理，以及環境規劃管理、土地資源保育、城市成長管理與可持續的理性成長、城市文化與文化城市、區域及城鄉規劃、國土規劃管理、全球氣候變遷與生態環境影響等課題。
