教育目標

This course provides an introduction to corporate finance. The focus will be on building solid foundations, with practical illustrations of the concepts, and on developing analytic skills for important issues in corporate finance. The topics include concepts of corporate finance, fixed income securities, stocks and options, projects and their valuations, corporate valuation, and corporate governance.

課程概述

本課程為財金所的財務理論課程，希望透過一學期的時間，使學生對財務理論有一個較為完整的學習，同時也對相關主題之期刊發表論文做一研討，使同學可以進一步瞭解與熟悉財務理論的發展現況。
