教育目標

The course defines the objectives and strategies present in current international business. The course emphasizes timely analysis of international business strategy formulation. Topics covered include global market entry, counter-trade, marketing strategy, sexual discrimination and harassment, corruption, cross-cultural business practices, business ethics, etc. Case studies are used to illustrate the basic principles of multinational business management and strategy. Course Structure The course is built around questions faced by companies wishing to do business in a global marketplace. The sessions will focus on these questions and will involve lectures about the important issues and case discussions.
