教育目標

This course aims to develop students' critical understanding of the key contextual factors influencing HRM strategy in domestic and multinational organizations, and to critically analyze, using relevant theory, organizations' responses to the strategic HRM challenge. Students will also develop essential HR practitioner skills around HR decision making and problem solving.
