1.Describe and discuss the content and framework of electronic commerce (EC). 2.Introduce the major types of EC transactions and some EC business models. 3.Analyze the major EC activities and processes and the mechanisms that support them. 4.Classify the primary e-retailing business models, e.g. B2B, B2C, B2B2C.
