This course will overview the potentials of renewable energy and inspire the students for future scientific research and/or engineering practice in sustainable technology. It includes introduction of basic theory/design, current practice status, advantage/disadvantage of the renewable energy: solar, wind, hydro, and biofuel powers) used in sustainable development.
