教育目標

This course introduces the theory of financial economics and corporate policy. The topics include consumption and investment, investment decisions, the theory of choice, state-preference choice, portfolio theory, CAPM, APT, efficient capital market, information asymmetry and agency theory, cost of capital, and dividend policy.

本課程為財金所的財務理論課程，希望透過一學期的時間，使學生對財務理論有一個較為完整的學習，同時也對相關主題之期刊發表論文做一研討，使同學可以進一步瞭解與熟悉財務理論的發展現況。
