課程概述
本課程主要討論馬匹飼養及管理有關的各項問題，內容包括有養馬事業的歷史與發展、馬體鑑別與選拔、馬匹品種與類型、營養與飼料、馬匹行為與調教、馬匹利用、馬廄管理及保健等相關課題。
The course will deal with the feeding and management of horse. It will cover the history and development of the horses industry, selecting and judging horses, breeds and types of horses, nutrition and feeds for horses, feeding and management, horse behavior and training, horse application, and horses health, disease prevention, and parasite control.
