教育目標

Course Description: International Executive Global Leadership is an elective course for GMBA students. The theme of the course is “leadership in an international corporation” What is a leader? What do leaders do? How can you cultivate the skills necessary to become a leader? The best way to learn these skills is not only to read about them, but also to see how they are put into practice by real leaders from the international community in Taiwan. This course will feature global leaders from international corporations as well as private entrepreneurs living and working in Asia. Each class a speaker will introduce their business and talk about leadership and what it takes to be successful and their challenges. They will also talk about what they look for in employees and what skill sets students should develop.
