教育目標

The course is going to introduce organizational structure, corporate strategy, the relationship between these two concepts, and several corporate governance issues, which will cover concepts and hot issues in organizational setting and globalization trend. To provide theoretical and practical perspectives, important theories and applications are both introduced.

課程概述

組織理論與管理的主題關注發生在組織間、組織中的現象。本課程指在協助學生了解「組織理論」的相關理論，包括策略擬定、組織設計、組織文化、國際化等主題，將分成環境、組織間、組織內等層次依序介紹。除了課程講授，亦適度引入當紅的重要議題，如：企業社會責任、永續經營等，並搭配期刊文章閱讀與個案討論，有助學生將所學知識應用於生活現象之中。
