教育目標

Improve other-awareness: know own and others’ strengths and weaknesses • Develop a habit of 5 steps of emotions • Develop positive psychological habits towards: Positive Emotional banking, Managing differences, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence • Develop at least 2 Effective Habits: (1) Win-Win, (2) Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood, (3)Synergize, and (4) Sharpen the Saw. • Improve relationship building skills • Asking and discussing the BIG questions of life: What is the meaning of life? How do I fit into the bigger picture of life? Why is there suffering? What is good, true, beautiful? What is my life vision? What is love? Why is it so hard?
