This course is based on the Active Learning model; the student will develop and practice the following skills that can be used to negotiate successfully in the global marketplace: -Preparing for negotiations -Setting & agreeing to an agenda -Establishing positions -Managing conflict -Making and responding to proposals -Bargaining -Conclusion, agreement & implementation.

Have students analyze various aspects and concepts of management, marketing, advertising, investing, and customer service. Exposure to a variety of related theories includes: global alliance branding, joint venture learning, competitive advantage, strategic leadership, etc.
