教育目標

(一)探討社會政策發展與歷史脈絡、社會政策之意識型態、價值理念間之關係。 (二)解析社會政策制定與運作的相關要素：包括社會問題分析、政策抉擇、法令 規範、福利資格確立、計畫或方案設計、福利服務輸送等之相關內涵及相關 要素間的關係。 (三)運用上述(二)之參考架構，解析我國社會福利相關立法與福利內涵。 (四)透過期末書面及課堂報告，整合社會政策之分析能力與對於我國社會立法之 深入理解，了解社會工作之運作環境與脈络。

課程概述

This course is aimed at providing undergraduate students with a historical, social and descriptive synthesis on the current social welfare scene. The major emphasis is on the introduction and analysis of current issues of social welfare policies, and their trends and prospects to social welfare services
