教育目標

For the purposes of obtaining a rounded picture of the operations and effects of human service, this course prepares doctorate students to achieve the following objectives either in interpreting or conducting the case and/or program evaluation: (1)to format quick accesses in developing guidelines and rules to assist in evaluation needs; (2) to involve sorting and assessing types and intensities of evaluation effort, effectiveness, accuracy and limitations; (3)to familiarize with analytic techniques for evaluation activities and be more sensitive to be a service provider; (4)to define program scope and comparison situation for facilitating decision making in human service administration through balancing the goals of equity, efficiency, and political feasibility; (5)to identify gap between direct practice and service provision; (6)to determine means of empowerment and social change in practice challenges for social accountability.
