教育目標

1. Familiarize with current issues and researches related to human resource management in the hospitality industry. 2. Identify and describe industry related problems and suggest possible research strategies directed toward their solutions. 3. Develop an understanding of applications HRM research being done in the hospitality area. 4. Implement applications research in a hospitality setting.

課程概述

This course has been designed to take the graduate student, already having an academic foundation in human resource management one step beyond into the literature focusing on problems and issues of specific interest in the hospitality area.
