教育目標

This course provides a fundamental understanding of corporate finance. The contents include two parts, the overview of the course and valuation and capital budgeting. These contents involve in financial statement analysis, cash flow valuation, investment decisions, risk analysis, bond valuation and stock valuation. Students are expected to learn the basic concepts and relevant skills for this subject. This course enables students to build up the foundation in studying other finance subjects.

本課程為財金所的財務理論課程，希望透過一學期的時間，使學生對財務理論有一個較為完整的學習，同時也對相關主題之期刊發表論文做一研討，使同學可以進一步瞭解與熟悉財務理論的發展現況。
