教育目標

As a result of this course, students will: 1. Have a basic coding skill of the basic issues related with TCP/IP protocol suite and Internet operational mechanisms. 2. Establish a solid concept on the wireless network, including IEEE 802.11 Standard and relevant essential operational principles on wireless networks. Moreover, the undergraduate training is conducted on simulation IP networks using network simulator NS2. Network simulation is the integral part of laboratory exercises, since it allows to efficiently examine problem of larger scope than it is possible with the experiments on real networking equipments. 3. Have a fundamental programming skill on NS2 Network Simulator, which including TCL (Tool Command Language) script basics, NS2 modules usage, nsBench programming, NSG (Network Scenario Generator) programming, network performance measurement, etc.
