教育目標

This course is to provide basis knowledge of corporate finance for students. The contents of this course contain the risk and return, capital structure and dividend policy. Theories and practical application will be introduced in the class. After the completion of this course, students can be expected to be familiar with these concepts of corporate finance.

課程概述

本課程為財務金融系之財務管理基礎課程之第二部份，內容涵蓋風險、資本結構、股利理論長短期融資與特定主題等，本課程對財務管理理論基礎的建立非常重要，尤其對於將來須學習財務進階課程的學生而言，是一個不可避免的學習過程，學生經由本課程應可以獲得較為紮實的財務管理基礎。
