教育目標

An introduction of modern organic synthesis is focused on the lecture notes of a special topics course in synthesis designed for senior undergraduate and beginning graduate students who are well acquainted with the basic concepts of organic chemistry. The goal is to provide the student with the necessary background to begin research in an academic or industrial environment. Herein, it is to present in a concise manner the modern techniques and methods likely to be encountered in a synthetic project.

課程概述

銜接大學所學習的有機化學課程，引導學生從記憶學習轉向概念學習，使學生瞭解化合物之化學變化，並且綜合運用官能機的轉換，而完成目標產物的製備。課程內容包括：還原反應、氧化反應、鹵化反應、碳-碳鍵的形成、化學人名反應、天然物的全合成與逆逕分析，培育學生有能力達成藥物製備的目標。
