教育目標

本課程的主要目的在於介紹現代土地使用規劃與管制的基本概念、理論與方法。使土地管理、環境景觀規劃、都市計畫為專業的學生，在從事實際土地使用規劃時，能夠得心應手作正確的規劃決策，以改善人民生活環境品質，增進社會福祉。課程內容包括：土地使用計畫的基本思想及理論、環境規劃管理、土地資源保育、城市成長管理與理性成長、社區土地使用計畫、國土規劃管理與區域及城鄉規劃、全球氣候變遷與環境影響評估等課題。
