The course intends to provides advanced knowledge of the human genome and the importance of genetic factors for Diabetes disease as well as of underlying molecular mechanisms. Syllabus includes Genomes, Human Genome Projects Diabetes Genes, Genotyping, Analysis of genetic variation in populations, Principles of Transgenic/ knock out Mice in current study of Diabetes Mellitus.
