教育目標

By addressing the major issues and problems of administrative management in human service, this course expects students to: (1) familiar with macro practice techniques for improving service function; (2) require a broad management knowledge base for a supervisory, mid-, or topper-level position; (3) enhance conceptual awareness of the administrative needs and managemental responsibilities; (4) become competent in a diverse task-environment of human service agency; (5) perceive and practice administrative management as a group of activities with an assortment of theories and skills; (6) elaborate service and evaluation for cost constraint and accountability.

課程概述

To meet with the complexity and proliferation of human service, this course is designed to articulate its major functions in administrative management and to constitute their professional foundations and boundaries and the emerging issues and concerns. To accomplish this goal, the course aims to empower doctorate students to require the core knowledge, concept, skills, and techniques for dealing with current administrative management affairs in human services arena.
