教育目標

本課程的主要目的在於介紹現代土地使用規劃與管制的基本概念、理論與方法。使以土地管理、環境景觀規劃、城鄉計畫為專業的學生，獲得正確的規劃理念和方法。期望在未來從事實際專業工作時，能夠得心應手作正確的規劃決策。以改善人民生活環境品質，增進社會福祉。課程內容包括：土地使用計畫的基本思想源流及理論、土地與生態倫理，以及環境規劃管理、土地資源保育、可持續發展、城市成長管理與智慧型成長、區域及城鄉規劃、國土規劃管理、全球氣候變遷與生態環境影響等課題。
