1. 通過閱讀相關文獻以及課堂討論，使學生對網路現象之相關議題有一基本且整體性的理解，並能對其進行深入的哲學反思。 2. 使學生透過分組實作與討論的方式，檢視自己於日常生活中習以為常的網路活動，並藉以核驗課堂中所習得的理論與想法。 3. 配合專業服務課程，俾使學生能透過「在做中學」之方法，實際練習如何將網路科技與人文素養結合，以增進學習效果。
