Moreover, this course is intended to help students identify the important elements or ingredients of foreign policy. To addresses the comparable patterns of foreign policy behavior. Two fundamental questions are extremely important. What are the key factors that affect foreign policy? And, how was foreign policy made in various states at different times? These two questions require us to define the major issues facing the countries which we cover in this course and their places in a changing global environment.

課程概述

This graduate course is designed to provide students with a comparative analysis of foreign policy. The main concern is to introduce some of the basic ideas associated with foreign policy and to highlight significant differences and similarities between the foreign policies of major states in the world. Moreover, it is intended to help students identify the important elements or ingredients of foreign policy. In brief, the course addresses the comparable patterns of foreign policy behavior. Two fundamental questions are extremely important. What are the key factors that affect foreign policy? And, how was foreign policy made in various states at different times? These two questions require us to define the major issues facing the countries which we cover in this course and their places in a changing global environment.
