教育目標

This two-semester engineering design course is designed for master 's Degree students having previous knowledge in general science and basic engineering concept. Students enrolled in this course should expect ot learn the safety and environment issues in the manufacturing and develop the personal skills to reduce Health, Safety and environment issues during plant design, normal plant operation and shoutdown. Expect students can identify the HES issues around Taiwan manufacturing and have solutions in hand after complete the class successfully.

Starting from equipment sizing and safety protection. Equipment includes distillatioin tower, separeator, pump, piping, compressor.
