William R. Stimson教育目標
This course introduces the art of thinking with your heart. It teaches you to understand dreams by mastering the art of metaphorical thinking that is so important not just in understanding dreams but in skilled linguistic expression, creative innovation, and religious realization. It introduces the intelligence of your right brain. It teaches the uncanny power of hunches and intuition. It introduces the skill of asking the right (critical thinking). These are questions that bring forth information we never could have known how to ask for. And, finally, it teaches the rare skill of real listening. It introduces you to the process of discovering what is outside your own field of thinking. While all these skills and talents are essential for making sense of a dream – they are at the same time invaluable in every other area of your life and will leave you a better and wiser person. Finally, and most important, this course introduces you to the meaning of your own dreams, which always show how you are actually a better, wiser, and more capable person than you ever suspected. It introduces you to yourself.
