教育目標

Upon completion of this course, students should be able to: 1. Understand and define the fundamental nature of leadership; 2. Describe the laws and levels of leadership discussed in this course; and 3. Reflect substantively on their own self-evaluation of leadership ability.

課程概述

In the second semester of GL5: Leadership and Global Citizenship for the 21st Century, we will: define what leadership is, discuss the principles that must be followed in order to lead people successfully, identify the leader levels and requirements to move up to the next level, and reflect substantively on each student’s current level of leadership ability. This reflection will reveal strengths and weaknesses in leadership ability that each student may or may not be aware of. Regardless of natural talents, skills, and abilities, leadership principles can be learned and developed. These principles also have consequences. If the principles are followed, a person’s leadership ability will rise, but ignoring them will result in leadership decline. This course will be conducted entirely in English.
