This elective graduate course aims to deepen a variety of key issues associated with global capital markets today. Through lectures, group discussions, and presentations in English, the students enhance their understanding of the role and functioning for global capital markets and deepen their analytic skills across topics in corporate finance, financial statement analysis, investment strategy, portfolio management, international treasury management and currency risk management, venture capital finance, and markets and institutions.
