The objective of this course is to help students better understand project management research covers nice key areas of project management body of knowledge from a managerial, non-technical perspective. Course also covers advanced project management topics necessary for implementation of and excellence in project management. Topics include human resource management, procurement management, contract administration, risk management, project leadership, communications management and an introduction to program management. Addressed topics are detailed in the schedule of the course.
