將學生鍵盤視奏能力加強為了讓他們在學業的過程及生涯的發展，又有個順利的學習經驗，又有個完整地音樂基礎。
The objective of learning score reading at the keyboard is to be able to quickly and easily access music of different genres, periods and instrumentation by nurturing the ability to sight read music at the keyboard. The more adept at score reading the student becomes, the more easily they can learn the music they need to analyze for their theory classes, and perform on their major instrument (or voice).總譜視奏
