本課程名額為 35人，已有30 人選讀，尚餘名額5人。
The goal of the seminar course is to explore related res earch subjects on the field ofrestaurant and hotel
management, such as hospitality marketing,human resource management, food safety and sanitation,
consumer behavior analysis etc. Under the advice of instructors from the department, students will
conduct their research in groups with different trendy topics closely related to hospitality industry.
In oredr to accomplish the requirements of this seminar course , students need to submit a research
proposal with the first three chapters of their study including introduction, literature review and
methodology. After receiving approval of the proposal, students then can proceed to the section of
conducting their research by data collection and analysis in the following semester. Students need to
meet with their thesis advisor(s) on a regular basis and discuss the progress of the research agenda.
This course requires no assigned textbook, but may have readings according to their advisors. 論文格式
