教育目標

This course introduces students to the theory and practices of financial reporting, financial management, and investment analysis in the financial market. The focus throughout the course is on the financial and investment analysis using financial reporting in the decision making process of corporations and investors. The primary learning objective of the course is to develop students' abilities involved in applying the financial statement analytical techniques to create value for the corporation, and integrating the risk and return analysis to enhance the investment performance for the investors in the financial market. This course provides a solid foundation for students who want to pursue careers in the financial area or senior general management with a finance specialization.
