教育目標

Beside Enron, World-Com and other major frauds in Taiwan, there are many other types of frauds that occur every day. Fraud is an extremely costly business problem. As a result, fraud examination is one of the most exciting careers for students studying business today. This course introduces the nature and types of fraud, and fraud prevention and detection. By preparing final report, each member of the course can understand the causes and consequences of corporate fraud.The instructor will give the lesson, which including the contents of textbook and the supplement of some fraud cases. The course also includes a midterm, a final and a requirement of participation.
