教育目標

On completion of this subject students will be able to: 1. Identify and describe the managerial tasks associated with implementing and executing company strategies 2. Evaluate and identify the best strategic position for a business taking into consideration its long-term direction, resources and competitive capabilities 3. Apply strategic analysis in a variety of industries and competitive situations 4. Evaluate the competitive challenges faced by companies in a global market environment
