教育目標
The main objective of this course is to provide a blend of fundamental leadership concepts and practical skills necessary to improve students' understanding towards leadership behaviors necessary for the contemporary workplace. It begins with an introduction to the characteristics of leaders, leadership behaviors and the influence of leadership in politics, networking and negotiation. The students will also be learning about the communication, coaching, conflict skills, team leadership, culture and ethics, crisis leadership and other leadership components in an organizational context.
課程概述
This course will enable students to develop knowledge, skills, and better understanding of the wider world - and their place in it. As leaders of tomorrow, young people can make a positive difference - and help build a fairer, safer, and more sustainable and secure world. The first part of the course will focus on the characteristics of leaders, and empowering of students to develop communication, networking and negotiation skills necessary for becoming leader in the contemporary society. Guided by the UNESCOs Education 2030 Agenda and Framework for Action, in particular the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 on Education, the second part of the course will provide students with the knowledge and skills to contribute to effective protection, management and conservation of water, land, air and living resources, and promote environmentally sound policies and sustainable development.
