王中行教育目標
This course aims to train students with 2-D and 3-D CAD software and some basic AI graphic concepts used in the industry. Students can learn how to use AutoCAD in basic landscape and floor planning. 3D software SolidWorks can be used in product design and manufacturing by 3D printing machines. Graphics and AI technologies can combine with virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) for digital media animation applications. By using AI technologies with many case studies, students can understand how to implement generative design, machine learning, deep learning and neural networks theories in real cases.
The connotation of the course includes three major parts: (1) Using engineering drawing model software, AutoCAD to create engineering drawings. (2) 3D CAD software SolidWorks to create models in design, assembly and manufacturing. (3) AI in various case studies and examples implemented in industry and real life.
