教育目標

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to: 1.Identify information sources, funding bodies and publication outlets most suited to their research topic and scope 2.Compare tools and select the most appropriate for their workflow and project 3.Create a research proposal related to a research topic of interest using skills and reflections from along the research lifecycle 4.Describe their research and its implications to both subject matter experts and an educated public audience 5.Assess their existing research workflow and incorporate new tools and strategies as appropriate for the scope of the specific project

2.Any additional articles and web resources provided by the instructor
3.All research tools utilized (ex. Zotero and Overleaf) are freely available
4.Please be prepared to bring a device (laptop, tablet, etc.) to class each day to participate in activities
