What does healthy relationships look like? Why is it so hard? Why are we hurt by those whom we love the most and whom we love the most? How can I know and manage my emotions better? How do emotions impact the relationships I value? These are some of the issues we will explore in this class. By the end of class students should be able clearly understand and label their inner emotions. They should have improved self-awareness and increased ability to deal with conflicts. Through narrative psychological approach, students will develop their emotional management skills across context.
