課程概述
German V is an intermediate level course designed for individuals who already possess a basic knowledge and understanding of the German language, as well as some familiarity with Germany and other German-speaking countries. The course primarily utilizes English and German as the medium of instruction, with Chinese used as a contrast language and for clarification purposes. The primary objective of the course is personal growth, thus language training will be tailored to meet the individual needs of each student, and student input regarding teaching and learning materials is highly encouraged. Emphasis is placed on developing receptive and productive skills necessary for everyday conversations. Oral proficiency is enhanced through short dialogues and scenes, while writing and reading skills are honed through a variety of reading materials and the preparation of brief paragraphs and essays by students. Evaluation will encompass speaking, listening comprehension, grammar, cultural knowledge, reading, and writing abilities.
