Course Objectives: Upon completion of the course, students will be able to: 1. Understand what organic farming is 2. Understand the development of organic farming in Taiwan and seek possible solutions to the current situation and challenges faced; And, 3. Create opportunities for individual students to seek answers to issues such as future population growth by comparing GMO and genome-editing agricultural technologies with organic agriculture to determine the future food supply.
