教育目標

1.讓修課者瞭解兒童困境相關理論及爭議。 2.讓修課者瞭解當前臺灣兒童困境輪廓、因應策略及面臨的挑戰。 3.讓修課者瞭解未來因應挑戰，在研究與政策上的可行方向。

課程概述

童年是每個人皆會經歷的生命階段，相關理論也指出童年經驗，不僅對當期的心理及社會行為有影響，對童年後發展一樣具有相當影響力。事實上近年來政府也認識到此議題的重要性，積極推動兒少相關福利與措施。本課程將介紹三大主題：1.童年困境的定義、組成與測量。2.童年困境的輪廓與成因。3.檢視回應童年困境的相關社會（福利）措施，並討論其限制與可能改善取徑。本課程希望修習本課程者，可以獲得下列三大項專業知識：（1）瞭解童年困境及其相關解釋論點；（2）瞭解因應童年困境的相關措施及其缺口；（3）因應政策與措施缺口，在福利措施與政策的可能因應途徑。
